The Somerset County EMS Chief Officers Association (SCEMSCOA) was formed in 2007 to support collaboration between EMS organizations in Somerset county. New Jersey. The association provides a sounding board for EMS Managers of local organizations to share ideas, identify resources and needs, collaboration of shared services. The most important benefit of the SCEMSCOA is providing a place for networking and keeping EMS Volunteerism strong and vibrant in our communities.
